Every day I am blessed to be able to work with my very favorite person in the world! Don Putkela is so much more than my husband, business partner, and even best friend… He is the very backbone of The Putkela Group. He has a quiet and engaging quality about him, so passionate about integrity and honesty. His calming influence keeps us grounded and humble, always…and his commitment to excellence is truly unmatched. I admire how much he genuinely cares about our clients and works so hard to make sure the experience is as stress-free as possible for them. He’s always had the spirit of an educator and uses that to tailor the real estate experience to each particular client.

It’s remarkable to see how his natural leadership abilities blend together with his spirit for service & community frequently guiding his way to greater responsibilities – from being the head Cub Master of Pack 366 for many years in the past to currently serving as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Livingston County Association of Realtors today. To Don, Michigan State is not just his alma mater from which he received his bachelor’s degree, but it’s so much more than that… being a Spartan is a lifestyle. But, that can’t even compare to what a spectacular Dad he is to our three amazing children. The patience and attention he gives them and how much he adores them inspires me time and time again. There is no one else I would rather have at the helm and I am beyond grateful for the business and life we have created together.

Whether it was in her giving of time in the PTO, Gleaner’s Food Drive, or Salvation Army Realtor Ring Day with the Livingston County Association of Realtors, Angela always comes from the heart. She means it when she says “we don’t have clients, we have friends” and it shows in the time, effort, and dedication she pours into everyone around her. As a Wife and Mother, she leads by example showing our three children how to live their best life and as a business owner it is evident in the time she gives to others. With her 17 years of corporate experience and a marketing degree from MSU, she works tirelessly to put our clients in the best position to succeed. Having known her for almost 30 years now I can say with 100% certainty that there is no one else that I would rather build a business and a life by design with.
